We will also cover many basic first aid applications of herbs. Offering an east west approach to natural medicine, participants will gain an understanding of how the flavors of plants correspond to their properties. We will make several herbal and raw food preparations using demonstration and hands on teaching. Students will have the opportunity to choose several topics that will be covered. We will take walks around the Omega property to identify and taste local growing plants.
