Serve with Tahini Dressing.
1 1/2 cup almonds soaked overnight, rinsed
1 1/2 cup pecans, soaked overnight, rinsed
3/4 cup sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon Celtic salt
1/2 cup water
Process all the ingredients in a food processor. Form into 1 inch balls. Dehydrate. Turn when crispy on one side and dehydrate till done on the other side. (Serves 6).
