Decorate with frosting and fresh berries
1 cup pecans, soaked overnight, rinsed, dehydrated 12 hours
1 cup walnuts, soaked overnight, rinsed and dehydrated 12 hours
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup soaked dates or 1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 teaspoon Celtic salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flax seed, soaked in 1/2 cup water for fifteen minutes
Grind all the ingredients in a food processor using an S blade, except soaked flax seeds. Stir in flax seeds. Form into two large round loaves, 1/2 inch high and dehydrate on Teflex sheets, turning after 4 hours and removing the Teflex and dehydrating another four hours. (12 servings)
